During the past 10 years, we’ve produced over 1,500 high quality, accurate and thoroughly reviewed take-offs on all types of projects: airports, hospitals, medical office buildings, schools and universities, laboratories, commercial office buildings, retail stores, water treatment facilities, industrial facilities, hotels, apartment buildings, luxury residences, underground utilities, bridges and highways.

We have also estimated several large solar power system projects, including the 445 kW solar array installed at San Francisco International Airport. We are very excited about the intense emergence of renewable energy systems and other “Green” construction methods and have applied a deep focus on developing our estimating services for these markets.

Although no project is too small, we specialize in handling the very large ones - those with electrical contract values exceeding $1 million to as large as $200 million. However, it isn’t the size or cost that matter - it’s how well we put these projects together and how fast we are able to do it.
